Toyo Proxes RR tires are built for drivers who want a DOT-legal competition tire for road racing and autocross in dry conditions. The Proxes RR uses an enhanced-grip tread compound with a semi-slick pattern, two 4/32-inch circumferential grooves, and wear inspection holes in the slick regions. It is designed without the need for shaving, and Toyo recommends heat cycling before competition to help improve wear and performance consistency. Reinforced sidewalls and a symmetric construction support cornering stability, reversible mounting, and tire rotation to help extend life.
